Work done in the field of public services in the District (III-quarter)

In the Syrdarya district in 2022, 63 types of public services will be provided through 7 departments (land relations, architecture and construction, economics, sports, Social Security, Housing and communal services, agriculture).
According to the report for 9 months of 2022, the share of services provided through the e-government portal amounted to 90.6%.
State body - 213 services;
State Corporation – PSC) - 448 services;
E – Government Portal-6947 services 91.3%.
Services rendered through a state body:
Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies – 116 services. (to date, there is no possibility to display through the e-government portal);
Acquisition of rights to state – owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions) - 24 services. (Since April 2022, it has been transferred to electronic form).
Queuing to receive a land plot - 21 services. (Since March 2022, it has been transferred to electronic form)
In order to optimize the processes of rendering public services, 56 "self-service" corners are currently functioning in the district (in the buildings of akimats of rural districts, educational organizations, kindergartens, buildings of local executive bodies providing public services). The specialists responsible for these corners have been assigned, which contributes to the provision of public services through the e-government portal. Employees of the institution help a citizen who has applied to a state body for a public service by submitting an application through the e-government portal from the "self-service" corner.
It should be noted that not all government agencies have allocated a personal computer for "self-service" corners.
In addition, in order to increase the share of electronic services in the District, 2 videos were filmed and posted on the social network Facebook.
In order to promote the receipt of public services among the population of the district, the 2nd online Fair of public services was held on the social network Facebook with the participation of specialists from the field of land relations, agriculture, social security, employment and civil registry.
During the reporting period, the district departments providing public services carried out internal control work on 21 types of services.
As a result, 6 methodological seminars were held in the district to improve the quality of employees providing public services.
According to the results of the audit by the Presidential Administration in 2022, the following violations of the rules for the provision of public services were identified:
Office of the Akim of the village of terenozek – 2 facts; (violation of the business process of providing public services)
Office of the district Akim – 3 facts (2022 -
1 fact, 2021 - 2 facts);
District Department of construction and Architecture – 3 facts. (2022-1 fact, 2021-2 fact);
District Department of land relations – 2020 – fact 8, 2021 – fact 10, 2022 – fact.
According to these facts, the responsibility of specialists responsible for the provision of public services was considered, and appropriate disciplinary measures were taken.
