The first direction: increasing entrepreneurial activity.

The first task: to create conditions for the opening and development of their business:

On April 01, 2023, a person in the district received 198 certificates of training within the framework of the Bastau Business project.

46 people are scheduled for short-term courses.

The second task is to support entrepreneurs through the organization of subsidized jobs and the development of skills depending on the abilities of entrepreneurs.

1. 21 people were sent to the "Youth Practice" on April 01, 2023, covering 357 people.

2. "Social jobs" in 2023 is planned to cover 41 people, as of April 01-15 people.

3. "Public works" in 2023, 687 people were sent to paid public works on April 01 with coverage of 670 people.

4. "First jobs" is planned to send 54 people, 2 people were sent on April 01.

5. "According to the succession of generations," employment of 3 people is provided for on April 01, 1 person received a referral.

6. According to the project "Kumis Zhas" it is planned to cover 22 people, 22 people are employed under the project.

7. The second direction: acceleration of the growth of entrepreneurs.

The first task: according to the mechanism " provision of state grants for the implementation of new business ideas, it is planned to provide 144 people with gratuitous funds, as of April 01, 36 people became grant holders.

As of April 01, 2023, 1,755 people applied to the employment center, 110 people are permanently employed.

Information about the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025 for the IV quarter of 2022

In 2022, within the framework of the unified business support and development program "Business Roadmap-2025" in the Syrdarya district, 49 projects were financed in the amount of 675.1 million tenge by second-tier banks.

According to the mechanism for providing a non-refundable grant, 2 projects worth 7.9 million tenge became winners.

In addition, a state non-refundable grant in the amount of 367.2 million tenge was issued through the employment center in order to implement new business ideas for 300 people.

Information about the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025 for the II quarter of 2022

Within the framework of the "National Entrepreneurship Development Project", 1,095.2 million tenge was allocated to cover 1,469 people (including: RB-252.3 million tenge, CB-34.1 million tenge, AB-107.5 million tenge, NC-701.3 million tenge).

As of July 1 of this year, 1,236 new jobs were created, including the number of permanent employees is 560 units (54.1%) (with a plan of 1035 jobs).

Of the 1503 people who applied to the employment authorities as job seekers, 954 people were registered as participants in this national project (including: 95.2% - unemployed, 4.4% - job seekers, 0.3% - self-employed). They were directed to the following areas:

- 289 people were employed for vacant jobs;

-3 people received state grants for a new business idea (with a plan of 250 people or 317.9 million tenge, RB-143.3 million tenge, NC-174.3 million tenge);

-43 people . or 58.1% of the planned 75 people have completed online training through the electronic labor exchange (skills.enbek.kz platforms);

- 662 people were temporarily employed in subsidized jobs, that is:

- for social jobs-32 people (the plan is 20 people. or RB-10.2 million tenge);

- for youth practice-53 people (plan 185 people. or 193.0 million tenge, RB -73.5 million tenge, OB - 11.5 million tenge (additionally SF-107.9 million tenge is being considered);

- for public works-569 people (with a plan of 185 people or 523.4 million tenge; MB 107.5 million tenge, RB-25.2 million tenge, (additionally SF-390.7 million tenge);

- For the project "contract of generations" - 4 people (Plan 5 people or, ABOUT - 1.8 million tenge);

- For the project "first workplace" - 4 people (with a plan of 10 people or 18.7 million tenge; OB-7.4 million tenge, (additional PF-11.3 million tenge).

-The project "kumiszhas" includes 15 people (NC-17.0 million tenge)

- From among those who completed the term with 31.7% of subsidized jobs were permanently employed (plan-55%).

-The share of the private sector in the composition of enterprises participating in the organization of subsidized jobs was 30% (plan-58%).

3 job fairs were held in the district, where 15 vacancies from 13 employers were presented.Since the beginning of the year, 589 people have been assigned job loss benefits.

As of July 01, 2022, the TSA has been assigned to 442 families with 474 families.

235 people are planned to be trained for the Bastau Business project course in the district.
The second task is to support entrepreneurs through the organization of subsidized jobs and the development of skills depending on the abilities of entrepreneurs.

1. "Youth practice" for youth practice, 73512.0 thousand tenge is provided from the republican budget for 160 people and 11486.0 thousand tenge for 25 people from the regional budget, it is planned to cover 185 years in total. Currently, during the transition period from 2021, 27 young people have been sent to youth practice, as of April 1, 2022 - 20 young people.

2. "Social jobs" For social jobs, 10200.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the republican budget, as of April 01, 17 people were sent to social jobs in 7 organized institutions.

3. "Public works" 107544.0 thousand tenge is provided from the local budget to attract 140 people for public works. As of April 1, 2022, 189 people have been covered by public work, 12 of them are young people, 5 are people with disabilities, 107 are TSA recipients, 37 are mothers with many children.

4. "First jobs" with the plan of 10 people, 7351.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the regional budget, 6 people 368.0 thousand tenge were paid for the transition period from 2021.

5. "Contract of generations" the plan for the contract of generations is provided from the regional budget for 5 people in the amount of 1838.0 thousand tenge, 3 people were sent to work. During the transition period from 2021, 116.0 thousand tenge was paid for 1 person.
