Information about received requests from individuals and legal entities to the district akim's office for the second quarter of 2022
In total, for the second quarter of 2022, the district akimat received 443 applications from individuals and legal entities.
Of all 443 appeals received, 209 were resolved positively, and 234 were given explanations in accordance with the law.
During the reporting period, the district Akim's office received a total of 57 applications from higher - level and law enforcement agencies.
In total, 164 representatives of individuals and legal entities were accepted for the reporting period. Of these, 99 people were at the reception of the district Akim, 65 people were at the reception of Deputy akims of the district in accordance with the division of duties, and their appeals were considered in accordance with the legislation.
During the reception, the issues raised by 84 citizens were resolved positively, and the remaining 80 citizens were given explanations in accordance with the law.

Of these, 82 people were at the reception of the district Akim, 92 people were at the reception of Deputy akims of the district in accordance with the division of duties, and their appeals were considered in accordance with the legislation.

During the reporting period, the district Akim's office received a total of 40 applications from higher - level and law enforcement agencies.
In total, 106 representatives of individuals and legal entities were accepted for the reporting period. Of these, 48 people were at the reception of the district Akim, 58 people were at the reception of Deputy akims of the district in accordance with the division of duties, and their appeals were considered in accordance with the legislation.

For 12 months of 2020, the district akim's office received 619 appeals in a general manner. Compared to last year 2019 (556 requests). this indicator increased by 63 requests, i.e. by 11.3%.
Of all 619 applications: 280 applications were received at personal receptions, the remaining 339 applications were received in electronic and written form.
In the reporting period, the district akimat received 73 appeals from higher-level and law enforcement agencies of the region.
All requests were considered in accordance with the established deadlines.
During the 12 months of 2020, 280 representatives of individuals and legal entities visited the personal reception. Among them: 149 citizens visited the personal reception of the akim of the district (54 online, 226 offline), 131 citizens visited the deputy akim of the district.
During the personal reception, citizens mainly raised issues of employment, housing, social and material assistance, as well as entrepreneurship.
In order to inform the population of the district, the local newspaper "Tirshilik Tynysy" and the official website of the district akim regularly publish a table of personal reception of citizens by the district akim, their deputies and the head of the district akim's office.

For 9 months of 2020, the district akim's office received 449 requests in a General manner. Compared to last year 2019 (411 requests). this indicator increased by 38 requests, i.e. by 9.2%.
Out of all 449 requests: 181 requests were received at personal receptions, the remaining 268 requests were received in electronic and written form.
In the reporting period, the district akimat received 71 requests from higher-level and law enforcement agencies of the region.
All requests were considered in accordance with the established deadlines.
For 9 months of 2020, 181 representatives of individuals and legal entities attended a personal reception. Among them: 97 citizens visited the personal reception of the district akim (26 online, 155 offline), 84 citizens visited the Deputy akims of the district.
During the personal reception, citizens mainly raised issues of employment, housing, social and material assistance, as well as entrepreneurship.

For 6 months of 2020, the district akim's office received 309 requests in a General manner. Compared to last year 2019 (260 requests). this indicator increased by 49 requests, i.e. by 18.8%.
Out of all 309 requests: 168 requests were received at personal receptions, the remaining 141 requests were received in electronic and written form.
In the reporting period, the district akimat received 29 requests from higher-level and law enforcement agencies of the region.
All requests were considered in accordance with the established deadlines.
For 6 months of 2020, 168 representatives of individuals and legal entities attended the personal reception. Among them: 67 citizens visited the personal reception of the district akim, 101 citizens visited the deputies of the district akim.
During the personal reception, citizens mainly raised issues of employment, housing, social and material assistance, as well as entrepreneurship.
As a result, the appeal of 18 citizens was satisfied, and the remaining 150 citizens were given explanatory answers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For 3 months of 2020, the district akim's office received 152 appeals in General. Compared to last year 2019 (133 requests). this indicator increased by 19 requests, i.e. by 14.3%.
Out of all 152 requests: 50 requests were received at personal receptions, the remaining 102 requests were received in electronic and written form.
In the reporting period, the district akimat received 16 requests from higher-level and law enforcement agencies of the region.
All requests were considered in accordance with the established deadlines.
During the 3 months of 2020, 152 representatives of individuals and legal entities attended a personal reception. Among them: 42 citizens visited the personal reception of the district akim, 8 citizens visited the Deputy akims of the district.
During the personal reception, citizens mainly raised issues of employment, housing, social and material assistance, as well as entrepreneurship.
As a result, the appeal of 12 citizens was satisfied, and the remaining 38 citizens were given explanatory answers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
