Seminar-meeting in Kyzylorda "On the organization and conduct of direct elections of mayors of cities of regional significance, villages, settlements, rural districts»

On June 15 this year, a seminar-meeting "On the organization and conduct of direct elections of mayors of cities of district significance, villages, settlements, and rural districts"was held in Kyzylorda.

The seminar-meeting was attended by representatives of territorial election commissions, local executive bodies, as well as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ye.Dauylbayev.

During the seminar, the participants discussed the legal and organizational aspects of organizing and conducting the election of mayors, information support for the activities of election commissions during the election campaign, ensuring the electoral rights of persons with disabilities, as well as the issue of holding the election of mayors in the context of a pandemic.

Following the results of the seminar, an exchange of views took place.
