In addition, for this purpose, this year will be launched an information system "e-otinish", which will facilitate the work of citizens to apply to government agencies and improve the control of applications. The information system will provide digitization of application processes, increase the efficiency, automatically distribute applications according to the competence of government agencies, reduce the time of consideration of applications by optimizing the number of inquiries between government agencies, inform the applicant when considering applications.

The same way, the information system "e-Application" provides feedback to the applicant and allows to evaluate the work of government agencies. It is necessary to conduct a systematic analysis of the responses of government agencies, which will prevent irresponsibility and establish a common practice of consideration of appeals in a particular area.
