Working with the information system «Е-Application» and on training in the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the pilot project unified center for receiving citizens appeals «Natizhe», work was carried out to launch the information system «Е-Application», 135 administrative civil servants were fully introduced into the system in the district, and in the period from April 19 to 28, 2021, 154 tests were conducted on working with the system in state bodies (registration, execution and sending an application for consideration to another body).

In the district of 29.04.2021, the district akim's office conducted legal training with the participation of specialists of the akims offices of settlements, rural districts and district departments in the direction of mastering the norms of the APPC.

Also, the Academy of Training of Civil Servants in the district for May 20-21 and 24-25, 2021, plans 16 hours of training through the Zoom platform.

On 12.02.2021, the district akim's office approved a media plan for information support for the transition to the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the media plan, in the district newspaper "Tirshilik Tynysy", on the Internet resource of the akimat, the heading «Hearing-the state» was opened, information material on the topics «Launch of a new information system» and «Document aimed at improving the judicial system» of the district court was published.
