Work done on the implementation of the action plan for the implementation of the address of the head of State in 2025

The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in his Address to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 8, 2025, titled “Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Issues and Their Solutions through Comprehensive Digital Transformation,” outlined a number of key priorities. In order to widely promote and explain this Address among the population, an action plan was approved under the leadership of the Deputy Akim of the district, and a set of measures was implemented.

Within this framework, information and explanatory meetings, round tables, seminars, and open dialogue platforms were organized across the district, during which the issues of digitalization, development of artificial intelligence, economic diversification, and improving the welfare of the population were comprehensively explained. In addition, to increase public awareness, 10 billboards were installed, and visual information campaigns were carried out.

Furthermore, as part of the Head of State’s initiatives to explain the amendments to the new Constitution adopted on March 15, 2026, a series of systematic activities was also implemented. In particular, special explanatory events were organized, and informational materials were distributed to convey the essence and significance of the constitutional reforms to the public. In this regard, 18 billboards were installed across the district, and measures were taken to enhance the legal awareness of the population.

Overall, the work carried out contributed to raising public awareness of the President’s strategic initiatives, fostering a positive public perception, and ensuring the effective implementation of state policy.
