Work done in the field of public services in the district for 2025 (IV quarter)

In accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on public services", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements, rural districts.

According to the Register of public services, to date, local executive bodies of the district provide 55 types of services.

In the IV quarter of 2025, 837 services were provided in the Syrdarya district.

The number of public services rendered in paper form in a state body is 23 (2.7%).

The number of public services rendered through a state corporation is 24 (2.9%).

The number of public services rendered in electronic form through the e-government web portal is 790 (94.4%).

In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district Akim's Office, State Internal Control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

During internal control, the facts of violations were not revealed, because the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the law and are carried out on time. In the IV quarter of 2025, the District Department of physical education, sports and tourism and the District Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways carried out an internal control measure on the quality of public services and made recommendations related to improving the quality of services.
