The rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the Office of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts, approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 05, 2024 No. 63 (ITU rules No. 72), approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2024 No. 72, entered into force on August 15, 2024. In 2025, the monthly calculation index was 3,932 Tenge, the volume of housing loans to the district center is 2,500 MCI – 9,830,000 tenge, rural districts – 2,000 MCI - 7,864,000 Tenge, the volume of wholesale benefits is 100 MCI-393,200 tenge. In the Syrdarya district in 2025, 11 specialists in the field of Health, Education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts received housing loans for providing social support measures, including 3 specialists in the field of Health, 6 specialists in the field of education, 1 Specialist in the field of Sports, 1 Specialist in the field of agro-industrial complex, 100 specialists, including 40 specialists in the field of Health, 35 specialists in the field of education, 1 Specialist in the field of Social Security, 6 specialists in the field of culture, 15 specialists in the field of Sports, 1 Specialist in the agro-industrial sphere, 2 specialists in the field of Public Service, were provided with social support measures. For the implementation of the program" budget loans for the implementation of social support measures for specialists " for 2025, 92,402.0 thousand tenge was provided from the Republican budget, and the financing plan was 100% fulfilled. It is obvious that this measure of social support provided them with the opportunity to work dynamically in their profession and actively serve the population.
