Work in the field of public services in the district for 2025 (third quarter)

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", general public services in the Syrdarya region are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements and rural districts.

According to the register of public services, 55 types of services are currently provided by local executive bodies of the district.

In the Syrdarya region, 885 services were provided in the third quarter of 2025.

The number of public services rendered in a government agency in paper form is 28 (3,2%).

The number of public services provided through a state corporation is 14 (1,5%).

The number of public services provided electronically through the e-government web portal is 843 (95,4%).

In accordance with the action plan of the chief of staff of the akim of the district, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

Internal control did not reveal any violations, as the quality of public services is conducted in accordance with the law and executed on time. In the third quarter of 2025, the offices of the akims of Shirkily, S.Seifullin, Inkardaria, Akzharma and Kogalykol rural okrug conducted internal quality control of public services, and made recommendations to improve the quality of services.
