Works in the field of public services in the district for 2025 (I quarter)

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", general public services in the Syrdarya region are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements and rural districts.

According to the register of public services, 52 types of services are currently provided by local executive bodies of the district.

In the Syrdarya region, 1,318 services were provided in the first quarter of 2025. The number of public services rendered in paper form by a government agency is 72 (4.8%) The number of public services rendered through a state corporation is 11 (10.2%) The number of public services rendered electronically through the e–government web portal is 1,235 (85.0%)

In accordance with the action plan of the chief of staff of the akim of the district, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services. Internal control did not reveal any violations, as the quality of public services is conducted in accordance with the law and executed on time.

In the 1st quarter of 2025, the Department of Economics and Finance of the district and the Office of the Akim of the Shagan rural district conducted internal quality control of public services, and recommendations were made to improve the quality of services.
