As you know, in order to ensure the effectiveness of corruption prevention by improving the quality of organizational work of state bodies, since 2022, the standard basic direction No. 4 has been launched in all state bodies. At the same time, in order to implement the Model basic direction on the territory of the district, a project map was approved (project map for the implementation of the model basic direction"Prevention and countering corruption"). The project map is 4 projects. 1) formation of an anti-corruption culture; 2) internal analysis of corruption risks; 3) compliance with anti-corruption legislation; 4) anti-corruption compliance. Professional development on the topic "Anti-Corruption management and compliance" within the framework of the formation of an anti-corruption culture 28 civil servants, 121 civil servants were trained and certified in the online course of digital anti-corruption education on the" Documentologist " platform. Since the beginning of the year, the Anti-Corruption Commission under the district akimat 4 meetings were held, and the work of the heads of responsible institutions on combating corruption was heard. On the part of the ethics commissioner under the district akimat, preventive measures are regularly carried out with employees whose positions are subject to corruption risks. In addition, within the framework of the state social order for the activities "formation of prevention of corruption manifestations in the public consciousness" for 2024, 3.0 million tenge was allocated from the local budget, preventive measures are carried out in the amount of the year (the winner is the PF "Syrdariya-Nurdariya", the cost of the contract is 2.4 million tenge. As part of the internal analysis of corruption risks, an internal analysis of the activities of 24 state bodies and quasi-state organizations subordinate to them was carried out, as a result of which a total of 72 corruption risks were identified. Corruption risks identified to date 55 were eliminated, and 17 were completely eliminated at the end of the year in accordance with the action plan to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses. Work on the project for compliance with anti-corruption legislation is being carried out at the proper level. During the reporting period, there were no facts of non-compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation by state bodies. 4 direction: within the framework of anti-corruption compliance, a total of 48 seminars and legal training events were organized by compliance officers in the quasi-public sector entity under the district akimat from January to October on compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation. In addition, in order to strengthen the formation of an anti-corruption culture in society, it is planned to conduct information work decomposed at the level of various target groups for 2023-2026 the action plan was approved. Within the framework of the plan, 15 anti-corruption Billboards, memos of 1000 pieces were developed in the district, posted on the stands of state bodies, social facilities (health, educational organizations, etc.), and public service centers. Videos specially developed in this direction are distributed and shown in public places and social networks. The mass media published author's articles of akims of all levels on anti – corruption topics (for 2024-29 articles). In order to provide legal assistance to citizens The national campaign" people's lawyer " was held. During the campaign, lawyers, lawyers and representatives of state bodies answered all the questions of the population and provided legal assistance. In addition, in order to ensure public access to legal information in all localities "Legal offices" are being opened and serviced. In conclusion, in accordance with the action plan for the implementation of the concept of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, measures are being carried out at the proper level.
