Work in the field of public services by district for 2024 (third quarter)

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements and rural districts. According to the register of public services, 50 types of services are currently provided by local executive bodies of the district. In the Syrdarya district, 1,262 services were provided in the third quarter of 2024. The number of public services rendered in a state body in paper form is 80 (6.9%). The number of public services rendered through a state corporation is 80 (6.3%). The number of public services rendered electronically through the e-government web portal is 1,095 (86.8%). In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district akim's office, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services. No violations were detected during internal control, since the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the law and is executed on time. In the third quarter of 2024, internal quality control of public services was carried out in the Besaryk, Amankeldinsky, Zhetkolsky, Aidarli and Kalzhan Akhun rural districts, and recommendations were made to improve the quality of services. On September 16, 2024, in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, a meeting of the Public Council of the Syrdarya district dedicated to the provision of public services was held in the assembly hall of the State Institution "Syrdarya District Department of Public Development".
