On the measures taken by the akimat of Syrdarya district to combat corruption in the II half of 2024 Definition

The project map is 4 projects. For each project, individual tasks, additional tasks and deadlines for their implementation, i.e. start, end, are set. It should be noted that the project of the standard basic route No. 4 In 2023, it will be implemented in independent departments of the district Akim's office and the district akimat, that is, in 9 institutions, and this year it will cover the offices of the Akim of the village and rural district and subjects of the quasi-public sector subordinate to them, and in total it will be implemented in 39 institutions. According to the approved project map, according to the project of internal analysis of corruption risks, an internal analysis of corruption risks of executive bodies financed from the district budget and subjects of the quasi-public sector was carried out, as a result of which a total of 60 risks were identified that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses, in order to eliminate the identified risks, an action plan was developed by these institutions to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses, and published on the official website of the district akimat. The relevant work on the project of compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation is being carried out at the proper level, in the first half of this year there were no facts of non-compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation by state bodies. According to the anti-corruption compliance project in the subjects of the quasi-public sector, from February to March, compliance officers organized a total of 32 legal training, seminars, round tables on compliance with the requirements of the legislation on combating corruption in the subjects of the quasi-public sector under the akimat of the district. All organized events were posted with photos on the social network of the institution. According to the project on the formation of an anti-corruption culture, the ethics commissioner of the district akimat during the reporting period held 3 seminar-meetings with the participation of civil servants working in all local budget-funded state bodies, taking appropriate measures to prevent corruption and the need to pay special attention to the quality of internal analysis. Also, as of April 15, 2024, the schedule of publication in the mass media of the author's articles of akims of all levels on measures taken to prevent corruption, approved by the Akim of the district, and the author's articles of akims of districts, settlements and rural districts (Article 15) were published in the mass media. Within the framework of the state social order for the service "formation of prevention of corruption manifestations in the public consciousness" for 2024, 3000.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the local budget, according to the results of the competition, the public fund "Syrdariya-Nurdariya" became the winner in the amount of 2411073.90 thousand tenge. Currently, according to the technical specification, 1 action, 1 Drawing Competition, 2 events have been held in total. As part of the implementation of the state social order on the formation of an anti-corruption culture, 3000.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the local budget for 2024 for the activities "formation of prevention of corruption manifestations in the public consciousness", according to the results of the competition, the public fund "Syrdariya-Nurdariya" became the winner in the amount of 2411073.90 thousand tenge. Currently, according to the technical specification, 1 action, 1 Drawing Competition, 2 events have been held in total. In the future, in accordance with the technical specification, measures will be carried out in stages within the framework of the social order with the public fund "Syrdariya-Nurdariya".
