I-Quarter on the implementation of the project" with a diploma to the village " (2024)

The rules, approved by the order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72, are guided by: "with a diploma to the village!"the program (hereinafter-the program) has been operating since 2009. The main goal of the program is to encourage specialists with diplomas in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro – industrial complex and civil servants of the Office of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who come to work and live in rural settlements.

By the order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2023 No. 93, from April 1, 2023, JSC housing construction Savings Bank "Otbasy bank" (hereinafter referred to as Otbasy bank) was determined as the proxy representative of the program.

The rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts, approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 (ITU rules No. 72), approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2023 No. 105, entered into force on June 26, 2023.

In 2024, the monthly calculation index was 3,692 Tenge, the volume of housing loans to the district center - 9,230,000 thousand tenge, rural districts – 7,384,000 Tenge, the volume of wholesale benefits - 369,200 hundred tenge.

In the Syrdarya district, for 2024, 50 specialists will be provided with social support for housing loans, 67 specialists for wholesale benefits to provide social support to specialists in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

Currently, work is underway to put specialists in the queue, and it is planned to conclude a contract with the representative of Otbasy bank. In the future, it is planned to provide "budget loans for the implementation of social support measures for specialists" on the basis of a bilateral agreement.
