Works in the field of public services in the district (IV-quarter) 2023

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements and rural districts.

According to the register of public services, 63 types of services are currently provided by local executive bodies of the district.

In the 12 months of 2023, 8,498 services were provided in the Syrdarya region.

The number of public services rendered in a state body in paper form is 180 (2.0%)

The number of public services rendered through a state corporation is 448 (4.9%)

The number of public services rendered electronically through the e-government web portal is 8,498 (93.1%)

In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district akim's office, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

No violations were detected during internal control, since the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the law and is executed on time. During the year, internal control was carried out over the quality of public services in the district housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways, district agriculture and land relations, district department of employment and social programs, district employment center, district department of Culture and Sports, Kogalykol, Shirkeyli, Shagan, N.Iliyasov and Akzharminsky Recommendations related to improving the quality of services have been made in rural districts.

On June 22, 2023, according to the presentation of the Department of digitalization and monitoring of public services of the district akim's office in the departments of employment, social programs and civil registration of the Syrdarya district and construction, architecture and urban planning of the Syrdarya district on the topic issues arising in the provision of public services, ways to solve them and the work done to improve the quality of services provided in the assembly hall KSU "Syrdarya district Department of Public Development" held a meeting of the Public Council.

On July 14, 2023, the Department of digitalization and monitoring of public services of the district akim's office held a seminar "on shortcomings in improving the quality of public services and monitoring conducted over 5 months of 2023." The seminar was attended by Zhumabayeva Zhanbota Duisenovna, chief inspector of the Department of Public Services of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region, and Akylbekov Nursultan Asylkhanovich, chief specialist of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations. A total of 26 employees took part in the seminar.

On July 26, 2023, an online fair was held in the office of the akim of the district in order to ensure the availability of public services to the population. The fair was attended by specialists in the field of land relations, construction and conscription. The online fair was held in the format of a live broadcast through the Facebook page of the akimat of the Syrdarya district.

On August 4, 2023, the Department of digitalization and monitoring of public services of the district akim's office held a meeting "on improving the quality of public services and existing shortcomings in monitoring conducted over 6 months of 2023." The meeting was held by the presidium of the chief of staff of the akim of the district R. Shaikhiev.

On September 25, 2023, in accordance with the instructions of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting of the Public Council on the provision of Public Services was held in the building of the district Department of Public Development, organized by the Department of Digitalization and Monitoring of public services of the district akim's office.

On December 13, 2023, in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, a meeting of the Public Council of the Syrdarya district dedicated to the provision of public services was held in the assembly hall of the State Institution "Syrdarya District Department of Public Development".
