Works in the field of public services in the district (III-quarter) 2023

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements, rural districts.

According to the register of public services, 63 types of services are currently provided by local executive bodies of the district.

For 9 months of 2023, 8196 services were provided in the Syrdarya district.

The number of public services rendered in the state body in paper form – 153 (1.8%)

The number of public services rendered through a state corporation-334 (4.0%)

The number of public services rendered electronically through the e-government web portal – 7709 (94.2%)

In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district akim's office, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

No violations were detected during internal control, since the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the legislation and is executed on time. During the reporting period, 5 measures were carried out in the rural districts of Kogalykol, Shirkeyli, Chagan, N.Ilyasov and Akzharma on internal quality control of public services in the land sector, recommendations were made to improve the quality of services.
