The state project "with a diploma to the village" has been operating since 2009. The main goal of the project is to encourage specialists with diplomas in the field of Health, Education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro – industrial complex who come to work and live in rural settlements.
The amount of the wholesale allowance for 2022 was calculated in the amount of 100 MCI and amounted to 306.3 thousand tenge per specialist. That is, 106 specialists were allocated 32,467.8 thousand tenge and paid wholesale benefits. Of these, 25 specialists in the field of healthcare, 61 specialists in the field of Education, 8 specialists in the field of culture, 6 specialists in the field of Sports, 3 specialists in the field of Agriculture and 3 specialists in the field of Public Service were provided with targeted benefits from the state.
In 2022, the amount of the budget loan for the purchase of housing was calculated in the amount of 1,500 MCI and amounted to 4,594.5 thousand tenge per specialist. That is, 54 specialists were allocated 248,103.0 thousand tenge, budget loans were issued. Of these, 14 specialists in the field of healthcare, 29 specialists in the field of education, 1 Specialist in the field of culture, 6 specialists in the field of Sports, 2 specialists in the field of Agriculture and 2 specialists in the field of Public Service were provided with Budget Loans.
