Works in the field of public services in the district (I-quarter) 2023

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services ", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 departments and offices of akims of settlements, rural districts.

In accordance with the register of public services, 63 types of services are provided by local executive bodies of the district to date.

For 6 months of 2023, 6922 services were provided in the Syrdarya district.

The number of public services rendered in the state body in paper form – 113 (1.6%)

The number of public services rendered through a state corporation -290 (4.0%)

The number of public services rendered electronically through the e-government web portal – 6922 (94.4%)

In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district akim's office, internal state control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

No violations were detected during internal control, since the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the legislation and is executed on time. During the reporting period, the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways conducted 3 services, the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the district-1 service, the Department of Employment, social programs and civil registration of the district-3 services and the Employment Center of the Akimat of the Syrdarya district-1 measures for internal control over the quality of public services in this regard, recommendations were made.
