II-quarter on the implementation of the project" with a diploma to the village"

The rules, approved by the order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72, are guided by: "with a diploma to the village!"the program (hereinafter-the program) has been operating since 2009. The main goal of the program is to encourage specialists with diplomas in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro – industrial complex and civil servants of the Office of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who come to work and live in rural settlements.
By order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2023 No. 93, from April 1, 2023, JSC housing construction Savings Bank "Otbasy bank" (hereinafter referred to as Otbasy bank) has been determined as the proxy representative of the program.
The rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts, approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 (ITU rules No. 72), approved by order of the minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2023 No. 105, entered into force on June 26, 2023.
In 2023, the monthly calculation index was 3,450 Tenge, the volume of housing loans - 5,175,000 thousand Tenge, the volume of wholesale benefits - 345,000 thousand tenge.
In the Syrdarya District, 52 specialists for housing loans, 80 specialists for wholesale benefits were planned to provide social support to specialists in the field of health care, education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements in 2023, and currently 43 specialists for wholesale benefits have been provided with social support measures.
For the implementation of the program" budget loans for the implementation of social support measures for specialists " for 2023, 269,100.0 thousand tenge is provided from the Republican budget, financing is planned to be carried out from July this year.
It is obvious that this measure of social support provided them with the opportunity to work dynamically in their profession and actively serve the population.
