Determination by the Akimat of the Syrdarya district on combating corruption in the second half of 2023 on the activities carried out

The Akimat of the Syrdarya district carried out the following work on a standard basic direction for the prevention and combating of corruption.
By Order of the Akim of the Syrdarya district No. 17-R dated 19.01.2023, the head of the project (general manager) of the standard basic direction No. 4 "prevention and combating corruption" (hereinafter referred to as the standard basic direction) was determined by the head of the office of the akim of the Syrdarya district.
Also, in order to implement the standard basic direction on the territory of the district, by order of the project manager (general manager), the project managers of the standard basic direction No. 4 "prevention and combating corruption" were identified and the standard basic directions No. 4 "prevention and combating corruption" were determined for 2023, the implementation project map was approved.
According to the approved project map, the schedule of internal analysis of corruption risks on the project of internal analysis of corruption risks was approved by the office of the akim of the district, independent departments of the akimat of the district and quasi-public sector entities subordinate to them.
According to the schedule, in the period from February to May 2023, an internal analysis of the activities of the departments of the documentation support and personnel management service (HR service) of the akim's office of the Syrdarya district and independent departments of the akimat of the district, an analytical report on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of these institutions and corruption offenses identified by the results of the internal analysis, an action plan for the elimination of the causes and conditions contributing to the creation is published on the official website of the akimat of the district.
Currently, certain work is being carried out in accordance with the action plan to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses identified by the results of internal analysis.
According to the draft compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation, relevant work was carried out, in the period from January to June of this year there were no facts of non-compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation.
According to the project of anti-corruption compliance in the quasi-public sector entities in the quasi-public sector entities subordinate to the akimat of the district on compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in the period from January to June, compliance officers organized only 4 legal training.
All the organized events were published on the social network of the institution with photo-photos.
According to the project for the formation of an anti-corruption culture, regular meetings of the anti-corruption commission under the district akimat were held for the I and II quarters of 2023, relevant protocol instructions were given.
At the same time, 6 meetings on the formation of an anti-corruption culture, 12 thematic events among young people were held for residents of the district.
According to the plan, anti-corruption videos are published monthly in places with a high concentration of people through the LED screen and on social networks.
In the direction of the formation of an anti-corruption culture for the group of projects "strengthening anti-corruption culture", work is being carried out in stages in accordance with the action plan for 2023.
In addition, during the reporting period, a competition "A world without corruption!"a drawing contest was organized on the topic.
A special thematic section has been opened in the district newspaper "Tirim tynysy", articles on the topic "prevention of corruption" are regularly published.
There is 1 thematic billboard installed in each rural district of the district, 2 billboards (15 billboards) in the district center.
In addition, a helpline "1424" has been installed for institutions providing public services, 520 information materials of the "Adaldyk alany" project "do not think about benefits, but think", "Couple Alma, do not give bribes", "do not allow corruption" have been published.
In addition, the Ethics Commissioner of the akimat of the district holds monthly seminars and meetings with the participation of mayors of villages and rural districts, independent heads of departments subordinate to the akimat, appropriate measures are taken to prevent corruption and the need to attach special importance to the quality of internal analysis.
In addition, in order to strengthen the anti-corruption culture among civil servants, the branch of the Kyzylorda region "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" conducts monthly training of civil servants on corruption issues.
High-quality performance of work in this direction is taken under the constant control of the akimat.
Summing up the above, the common task of all of us is to combat corruption and in the future, effective work will continue to prevent corruption in the field of local executive bodies.
