Works in the field of public services in the district (I-quarter) 2023

In accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public services", general public services in the Syrdarya district are provided by 6 independent departments and offices of akims of settlements, rural districts.

According to the Register of public services, to date, local executive bodies of the district provide 63 types of services.

For 3 months of 2023, 1026 services were provided in the Syrdarya district.

Number of public services rendered in paper form in a state body – 15 (1.46%)

Number of public services rendered through a state corporation – 55 (5.36%)

The number of public services rendered in electronic form through the e-government web portal is - 956 (93.1%)

In accordance with the action plan of the head of the district Akim's Office, State Internal Control was carried out to improve the quality of employees providing public services.

During internal control, the facts of violations were not revealed, because the quality of public services is carried out in accordance with the law and are carried out on time. During the reporting period, the District Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways carried out 3 measures of internal control over the quality of public services, the District Department of Agriculture and land relations carried out 1 measure of internal control over the quality of services and made recommendations related to improving the quality of services.
