On the results of the work of the interdepartmental commission on combating corruption under the Akimat of the Syrdarya district for 3 months of 2023

The following works were carried out in the standard basic direction of preventing and countering corruption.
By the order of the Akim of Syrdarya District No. 17-R dated 19.01.2023, the head of the district Akim's office was appointed as the project manager (general manager) of the model basic direction No. 4 "prevention and combating corruption" (hereinafter referred to as the Model basic direction).
Also, in order to implement the Model basic direction on the territory of the district, the order of the project manager (general manager) No. 4 "prevention and control of corruption
project managers of the model basic direction" action "were identified and a map of projects for the implementation of the model basic direction No. 4" Prevention and countering corruption " for 2023 was approved.
According to the approved project map, the schedule of internal analysis of corruption risks of the district Akim's office, independent departments of the district akimat and subjects of the quasi-public sector subordinate to them has been approved for the project of internal analysis of corruption risks.
According to the schedule, in February 2023, an internal analysis of the Departments of the documentation support and Personnel Management Service (Personnel Service) of the Office of the Akim of Syrdarya district was carried out, and an analytical certificate based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks carried out in the activities of these departments was published on the official website of the district akimat.
And in March of this year, the District Department of public development under the akimat and the District Department of entrepreneurship, industry and tourism are conducting internal analysis.
Relevant work was carried out on the project of compliance with the norms of anti–corruption legislation, and in the period from January to march of this year, there were no facts of non-compliance with the norms of anti-corruption legislation.
According to the anti-corruption compliance project in quasi-public sector entities, a total of 4 legal training sessions were organized by compliance officers in quasi-public sector entities under the district akimat from January to march on compliance with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation. All organized events were posted with photos on the social network of the institution.
The regular meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the district akimat for the first quarter of 2023 on the project for the formation of an anti-corruption culture was held on 27.02.2023 and the corresponding protocol instructions were given.
In order to form an anti-corruption culture, work is being carried out in stages in accordance with the action plan for 2023 for the group of projects "strengthening the Anti-Corruption culture".
Also, the ethics commissioner of the district akimat holds monthly seminars and meetings with the participation of akims of settlements and rural districts under the akimat, heads of independent departments, and appropriate measures are taken to prevent corruption and the need to pay special attention to the quality of internal analysis.
The implementation of work in this direction is under constant control of the akimat.
