About the implementation of the project "With a diploma in the village"

The state project "with a diploma to the village" has been working since 2009. The main goal of the project is to stimulate certified specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, who arrived to work and live in rural settlements and civil servants of the apparatus of villages, settlements, rural districts.

In 2023, the monthly calculation index amounted to 3450 tenge, the volume of housing loans - 5,175,000 thousand tenge, the volume of lifting allowance-345,000 thousand tenge.

In the Syrdarya district, 52 people are planned for a housing loan in 2023, 80 people for a lifting allowance to provide social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

For the implementation of the program, budget loans for the implementation of social support measures for specialists for 2023, 269,100.0 thousand tenge is provided from the republican budget, financing has been carried out since June of this year.

It is obvious that this measure of social support allowed them to work dynamically in their specialty and actively serve the population. The project will be continued this year. Once again, it is particularly worth noting that the volume of lifting allowances for a young specialist and budget loans for the purchase of housing is growing every year.

A total of 105 applications were received by March 31, 2023 to provide social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

105 applications were accepted through a state corporation and executed in accordance with the current legislation.

There were no complaints about the quality of services provided. Services rendered in violation of deadlines are not registered. There are no facts of violation of the terms of refusal to provide public services. In the absence of a complete package of documents provided for by the approved Rules for the provision of Public services, there are no facts of the provision of public services.
