In accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", on January 11, 2023, 3 people submitted documents to the Syrdarya district Election Commission for self-nomination as a candidate for akim of the Akzharma rural district:

On January 12, 2023, a document in the amount of 1 person was submitted to the Syrdarya district Election Commission in accordance with Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" from the public association of the AMANAT party as a candidate for akim of Akzharma rural district:

1) Yeshmuratov Yerlan Kuanyshuly

The Syrdarya District Election Commission determines the candidates' compliance with the established requirements for akim candidates in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the basis of certificates issued by the relevant authorities.

In accordance with the calendar plan, the nomination of candidates for the akim of the Akzharma rural district appointed for January 29, 2023 will take place from December 31 to January 13 (opening hours: 18-00).
