About the implementation of the project "With a diploma in the village"

The state project "With a diploma to the village" has been working since 2009. The main goal of the project is to stimulate certified specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.

The amount of the lifting allowance for 2022 is calculated in the amount of 100 MCI and amounted to 306,300 tenge per specialist. That is, 106 specialists were allocated 32,467.8 thousand tenge, a lifting allowance was paid. Of these, 25 specialists in the field of healthcare, 61 specialists in the field of education, 8 specialists in the field of culture, 6 specialists in the field of sports, 3 specialists in the field of agriculture and 3 specialists in the field of public service received targeted benefits from the state.

In 2022, the size of the budget loan for the purchase of housing is calculated in the amount of 1,500 MCI and amounted to 4,594.5 thousand tenge per specialist. That is, 54 specialists were allocated 248,103.0 thousand tenge and budget loans were issued. Of these, budget loans were issued to 14 specialists in the field of healthcare, 29 specialists in the field of education, 1 specialist in the field of culture, 6 specialists in the field of sports, 2 specialists in the field of agro-industrial complex and 2 specialists in the field of public service.

It is obvious that this measure of social support allowed them to work dynamically in their specialty and actively serve the population. The project will be continued this year. Once again, it is particularly worth noting that the volume of lifting allowances for a young specialist and budget loans for the purchase of housing is growing every year.
