In the district, 141740 cubic meters of inter-farm canals (100.0%), 188500 cubic meters (100.0%) of inland waterways were removed for cleaning of swings, canals, repair of hydraulic structures, 15 pieces (100.0%) of hydraulic drives, 35 pieces (100.0%) of water intake installations were repaired.
In economic structures – 37 pieces, in the Kyzylorda branch of the RSE "Kazvodkhoz" – 14 pieces, in rural districts - 34 pieces, in the district total-85 pieces of pumping units. To date, 61 pumping units have been placed along the channels and descents, water has been taken to the fields.

Animal husbandry
As of June 1 of this year, 39128 heads of cattle, 36288 heads of cattle, 20269 heads of horses, 1667 heads of camels, 11888 heads of poultry were bred in the district. Compared to the same period last year, cattle increased by 105.1%, horses - by 109.8%, camels- by 102.3%, birds- by 106.5%, MSS-by 104.9%.
As of June 1, 2023, 1478.76 tons (in live weight) of meat, 2783.2 tons of milk, 73.2 thousand eggs were produced. Compared to last year, meat was sold by 102.1 percent, milk - by 101.1 percent, eggs- by 100.7 percent.
Currently, 128 economic structures are engaged in animal husbandry in the district. Of these, 11 farms are engaged in breeding livestock. Breeding of 1000 heads of cattle, 4749 heads of sheep.
In 2023, under the programs "Kundala","Agribusiness", "Isker" through JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", credit partnerships"Syrdaria-1","Auyl", 56 economic structures received loans for the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in the amount of 348.3 million tenge.
For the development of animal husbandry under the program "Agribusiness", "Isker " 47 economic structures purchased 219 heads of cows, 356 heads of horses in the amount of 189.8 million tenge.
For the development of agriculture under the "Kundala" program, 4 economic structures received loans in the amount of 21.0 million tenge, under the "Isker" program - 1 economic structure in the amount of 21.0 million tenge. For the purchase of agricultural machinery under the program "Agribusiness", "Isker" 4 economic structures received loans in the amount of 31.3 million tenge.
A total of 43.6 thousand conventional cattle entering the district for the winter of 2023-2024 will require 70.6 thousand tons of hay, 3.9 thousand tons of straw and 15.7 thousand tons of feed. (For reference: one conditional livestock is fed 9 kg of hay, 2 kg of feed, 0.5 kg of straw per day)
In the area of 10 rice processing plants, producing 51.8 tons of rice flour feed (flour) per day, are provided with feed and feed for farm animals.
In order to ensure the sale of fodder crops to the population of the district at affordable prices and to prevent the burning of straw in rice fields, memoranda were concluded with the local executive body and the subjects-producers of fodder crops in the amount of 34 pieces.
In order to improve the environmental situation in January-May 2023, 9,000 hectares of hay, pasture and lake lands account for 90.4 million cubic meters of water was sent.
Agricultural machinery
In recent years, intensive work has been carried out to improve the technical policy and update the machine and tractor fleet. Currently, farms prefer foreign modern, high-tech agricultural machinery.
To date, agricultural formations in the district have been registered in the statistics department in total – 41 pieces of agricultural machinery, 977 million 684 thousand 128 tenge have been invested in the main fund.

In order to stabilize prices for 19 socially significant food products in retail outlets in the district, the monitoring and mobile group under the akimat of the district conducts weekly explanatory work for entrepreneurs about the need not to exceed 15 percent of surcharges to production or wholesale prices and about the imposition of fines in case of excess of surcharges.
The stocks of food products currently available in the warehouses of trading houses located in the district center amount to 123 tons.
(For reference: also in 2023, memoranda were signed with 104 retail outlets in the district to stabilize prices for socially significant food products.)
In order to stabilize prices for socially significant food products, the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations conducted explanatory work on providing loans to business entities in the district through JSC SEC Baikonur.
As a result, the akimat of the district of JSC "SEC "Baikonur" within the framework of the project of social stores located in the regional center in the village of Terenozek concluded an agreement with JSC "SEC "Baikonur" with the involvement of two entrepreneurs "Aymanka" and "Aisha", social stores were opened.

According to the stabilization of bread prices in the district, 2,640 pieces of bread are produced in 4 bakeries per day. Additionally, 2,275 pieces of bakery products are delivered daily to the district from the city of Kyzylorda.
In order to stabilize the prices of bread in the district, the individual entrepreneur approved the Aisha bakery as an operator-supplier of wheat flour.To date, bakeries receive 157 tons of social flour and serve loaves of bread to grocery stores and shopping centers

Since the beginning of the year, in order to stabilize prices for socially important food products, 4 fairs have been held in the district center, where agricultural products are presented at prices 10-15% below market prices.

Completed works in the field of agriculture for the І quarter of 2023
In 2023, it is planned to place agricultural crops on a total area of 33,850 hectares in the district.
Of these, the main crop is rice 21885 hectares, spring wheat 1681 hectares, safflower 250 hectares, silage corn 80 hectares, new alfalfa 1828 hectares, potatoes 431 hectares, vegetables 206 hectares, Gardens 418 hectares, old alfalfa 7071 hectares.
To date, 3483 hectares of white fields have been sown in agricultural structures. Of these, 180 hectares of safflower, 1640 hectares of spring wheat, 1663 hectares of fresh alfalfa were placed.
In order to ensure food security, in order to provide the population with socially significant potatoes, vegetables, and melons, 210 hectares of additional land were opened in 2022, this year it is planned to open 105 hectares of additional land, a total of 315 hectares.
