As of today, by the order of the district akim No. 160 dated June 2, 2026, a district headquarters has been established to organize work in preparation for the 2026-2027 heating season, and relevant measures have been approved and implemented in accordance with the action plan.
These facilities have received certificates of readiness for heat‑generating entities to operate during the autumn‑winter period for 2026–2027.
