           Budget applications were submitted to the relevant departments for 6 projects.

           1) The project "Electricity supply to the settlement of S.Seifullina". The total estimated cost is 617 949.0 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026  №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 612 060.00 thousand tenge. Currently, 10.0 thousand tenge has been allocated from the local budget, and a competition has been held. The winners have already been determined.

          2) The project "Electricity supply to the settlement of A. Tokmaganbetov". The total estimated cost is 431 825.0 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026 №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 428 015.5 thousand tenge.

          3) The project "Power supply of engineering and communication infrastructure of the village of Terenozek". The total estimated cost is 3 726 882.0 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026 №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 3 721 262.9 thousand tenge.

          4) The project of Infrastructure (gas supply) of a new microdistrict in the village of Terenozek (100 ha). The total estimated cost is 578 007,503 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026 №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 565 098, 490 thousand tenge.

          5) The project "Reconstruction of electric networks in the village of Nagi Ilyasov, Syrdarya region, Kyzylorda region". The total estimated cost is 606 411,612 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026 №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 602 987.485 thousand tenge.

          6) The project "Construction of an incoming gas pipeline and intra-block gas distribution networks to the village of Besaryk". The total estimated cost is 1 017 854.0 thousand tenge. An application was submitted to the regional Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning by letter dated January 28, 2026 №06-2/204 for financing from the republican and regional budgets for 2026. The amount of necessary funds is 972 356.0 thousand tenge.

Work done in the IV quarter of 2025

For 2 projects with a total cost of 672.4 million tenge, 424.1 million tenge has been allocated from all budget sources for 2025 and appropriate work has been carried out.

        Exactly:

        1) Under the project "Electricity supply to the settlement of Kalzhan Akhun in the Syrdarya region of the Kyzylorda region" worth 485.9 million tenge.

Within the framework of the Auyl-El Besigi program, 57.3 million tenge was allocated and disbursed from the National Fund for the performance of work in 2024, and 279.9 million tenge was allocated and fully disbursed from the National Fund for the continuation of construction work in 2025. As part of the allocated financial resources, 372 electric poles, 10.4 km of electrical networks and 3 KTPS were installed in accordance with the project.

        Construction and installation work is carried out by the contractor JSC "Kyzylorda Electric Distribution Company", technical supervision - LLP "Aktaustroyexpert", author's supervision - LLP "Start Project".

        Construction works are scheduled for 2026.

        2) According to the project "construction of engineering infrastructure for residential housing in the village of

186. Ilyasov, Syrdarya district, Kyzylorda region. Electricity supply, water supply" at a cost of 186.5 million tenge. -144.2 million tenge has been allocated and disbursed from the regional budget for the start of construction work in 2025.

        As part of the funds allocated in accordance with the project: for the construction of the electric grid: 91 pcs. electric poles, 3 pcs. KTPN were installed. Through the drinking water line: a water supply of Ø110 - 1819 meters, Ø63-495 meters was carried out, 18 water intake wells were installed.

         Construction and installation work is carried out by the contractor "Bak-Bereke 2023" LLP, technical supervision - "Expertise" LLP, author's supervision - PT "Meken and Company". Construction works are scheduled for 2026.

On the part of the Department, monitoring work was carried out with specialists of the department to identify illegal business buildings in the district. As a result of the monitoring, 13 illegal business objects were identified in the villages of Terenozek, Aidarlyk, Amankeldy, Besaryk, Kogalykol, Shcheyli.

As part of the allocated funds, 142 pcs of single-column electric poles and 32 pcs of single-column electric poles with one support, 1 pc of single-column electric poles with two supports were installed. The ground has been leveled and 3 pieces of concrete blocks have been laid.

Work done in the IV quarter of 2024

The District Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning reports the following on the work done in the fourth quarter of 2024.

For the development of mass sports:

The cost of the project is 389.2 million tenge. The cost of the contract for the construction of a sports complex in the village of Bessaryk in tenge is 362.5 million tenge. Due to the transfer from the regional budget, in accordance with the acts of completed works for 2022-2023, 285.0 million tenge has already been allocated. 77.3 million dollars have been allocated for the completion of construction works in 2024. As of October 1 of this year, 63.1 million tenge has been allocated. To date, construction work has been completed, and work is underway on the acceptance of the facility. It is planned to be put into operation this year for the benefit of the country.

To provide clean drinking water:

Within the framework of the program "Strong regions - a driver of the country's development", the cost of which is 307.8 million tenge, 2 projects are underway, i.e. "Construction of drinking water pipes and observation wells along 10 streets of the village of Terenozek" amounts to 283.7 million tenge. In 2023, 177.6 million tenge was allocated, and the relevant construction work was carried out by the Zhanart LLP contractor. The contracting institution of Zhanart LLP has installed 4.8 km of drinking water pipes, 61 pieces of water intake wells. 108.4 million tenge has been allocated from the republican and regional budgets for the completion of construction works in 2024 and fully utilized. Construction work was completed in August 2024 and put into operation.

"Construction of a water pipeline and observation wells along the streets of Muratbayev, A.Imanov and A.Imanov lane in the village of Shagan, Syrdarya district, Kyzylorda region"

The estimated cost of the project is 178 993,829 thousand tenge. 124,562.0 thousand tenge has been allocated from the regional budget and the National Fund for 2023. The construction period of the facility is 2023-2024. Start of construction works on 08/03/2023. The contractor that carried out the construction and installation work was Altyn Aidarly LLP. The funds allocated for 2023 have been fully disbursed. In 2024, the allocated funds of the Republic of Belarus for the completion of construction works amounted to 50.0 million tenge, and were fully utilized. 54 water supply inspection wells were installed. There is a hydrant of 20 pcs. Water pipes Ø200 - 3648 meters, Ø160 - 183 meters, Ø63 - 90 meters, Ø40 - 495 meters, Ø25 - 2100 meters were installed.To date, the construction work has been fully completed and put into operation on 17.07.2024.

"Power supply of Kalzhan Akhun settlement, Syrdarya district, Kyzylorda region"

The project cost is 485.9 million tenge. The contract value of the project "Electricity supply to the settlement of Kalzhan Akhun, Syrdarya district, Kyzylorda region" is 474.5 million tenge. Within the framework of the Auyl-El Besigi program, 57.3 million tenge was allocated from the republican budget for the start of construction work in 2024. As of September 2024, it has been mastered by 100%. The rest - 417.2 million tenge is expected. (Completed works: 0.4 kV – 182 support, 10 kV – 15 support, 0.4 kV -3.0 km cable lines) Currently, the construction work within the framework of the allocated funds by the contractor JSC "KRAK" has been fully completed.

The project cost is 80.5 million tenge. The cost of the construction contract is -73.2 million tenge. 59.5 million tenge was allocated from the republican budget for the start of construction work in 2024, 7331.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the district budget.
