Jamiev Muratbek Utepbergenov was born 24 June 1982 in the settlement Terenozek of Syrdarya district.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Economic University with a degree in Traffic Engineering and in 2012 from Bolashak University with a degree in Economics.

Карьера

2006 – 2007-personnel inspector of the Syrdarya District Department of land relations,

2007-2008-inspector of the Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Syrdarya district,

From February to June 2008, leading specialist of the Department of organizational, control and personnel work of the Office of the Akim of Syrdarya district,

2008-2011 Chief Specialist of the Department of organizational, control and personnel work of the Office of the Akim of Syrdarya district,

From 2011 to 2015, Assistant to the sectoral deputy akim of Syrdarya district for Economics-Chief Inspector,

2015-2017-head of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the Syrdarya district,

Since 2017, head of the Personnel Management (Personnel Service) Department of the Syrdarya district Akim's office

Since February 1, 2023, he has been working as the head of the documentation support and Control Department

Married: raising 2 children.
