The regional department for the coordination of employment and social programs of the Kyzylorda region invites enterprises of the region to participate in the republican competition on social responsibility of business "PARYZ - 2022". The competition has been held on the initiative of the first President of the country since 2008. Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 523 approved the Rules for holding a competition on the social responsibility of business "Paryz".

Subjects of private entrepreneurship can take part in the competition. Applicants are eligible who:

1) have been operating for at least three years;

2) are not in the process of liquidation and have not been declared bankrupt;

3) do not have unresolved violations of labor legislation, including arrears in wages and other payments to employees;

4) do not have collective labor disputes with employees;

5) carry out social and charitable activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;

6) in the application for participation in the competition, they indicated reliable information, and also submitted the documents in full.

The competition is aimed at the formation and increase by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society in order to further improve the welfare of the population. For applicants, participation in the competition is free. To ensure the transparency of the process of selection of applicants, optimization of the application procedure, the competition is held in two stages: at the regional and republican levels. Applications of applicants for participation are accepted by the local executive body on paper and electronic media. Based on the results of consideration of applications by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, they are sent for study by the republican commission, which decides on awarding the titles of laureates of the competition.

In accordance with the Rules, the awarding of the titles of laureates of the competition is carried out in the following nominations:

"Best Socially Responsible Enterprise": This nomination considers the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own personnel, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the welfare of society as a whole (organization of wages and social benefits, systems of professional training and retraining of personnel , employment of the greatest number of people with disabilities, and so on);

"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection": This nomination considers the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow maintaining the health of employees in the process of labor activity;

"Best Collective Agreement": In this nomination, collective agreements are considered that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees, provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"For contribution to the environment": This nomination considers the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (environmental) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment.

Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest results in the work and implementation of the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility. To participate in the competition, applicants send materials to local executive bodies in two copies:

1) a completed application;

2) the applicant's report, which is a self-assessment of the level of its activities and specific results in corporate social responsibility. The applicant's report must include: history of a legal or natural person; organizational structure; other additional qualitative information;

3) annex to the report (copy of the collective agreement and other documents);

4) a questionnaire filled out in the form established by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and posted on its Internet resource.

The deadline for receiving documents is July 1 of the current year.

In order to implement the program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Social Modernization: Twenty Steps to a Society of General Labor”, Decree of the Head of State dated November 22, 2013 No. 698 announced the beginning of the celebration of Labor Day.

In this regard, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the start of the republican competition "Enbek Zholy".

Objectives of the competition:

1) maintaining the continuity of generations;

2) the formation of a positive public opinion about working people and the creation of conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties at enterprises and organizations;

3) fostering pride among Kazakhstanis for the achievements of compatriots who have made a significant labor contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) education of young people in the spirit of respectful attitude to work, preservation and enhancement of labor traditions;

5) raising the status of the Man of Labor in society and stimulating labor productivity under the auspices of the "Society of General Labor".

We invite everyone and all labor collectives of all forms of ownership to take part in the competition.

Employees of various fields of activity (with the exception of civil servants) can take part in the competition.

The competition is held in 3 categories:

1. "The best labor dynasty" - in which the dynasty with the most awards, with the longest work experience and numerous family members participates. Note: Representatives of labor dynasties in organizations of all forms of ownership can take part in the competition. Labor dynasty - a group of employees of one organization, representing two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both spouses together with children or grandchildren), currently working and having a total work experience at this enterprise for at least 20 years.

The head of the dynasty is recognized as the representative of the labor dynasty, who earlier than all began his labor activity.

The labor dynasty should take an active part in the social life of the village, district (or city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, and promote their profession.

2. "The youngest production worker" - no more than 5 years of work experience, the most hardworking and enterprising production worker participates.
3. "The best youth mentor" - at least 20 years of work experience, the most effective mentor participates.

Documents for participation in the competition are accepted from April 30 to July 1, 2022 in the state and Russian languages.

The following documents are required to participate in the competition:

- an application for participation in the competition in any form indicating the nomination;

- a copy of the identity card;

- a video on the topic of the nomination, no more than 2-3 minutes (with a demonstration of the workplace and skills, if desired);

- computer presentation 2-3 minutes about the contestant (in Microsoft Power Point format), (work, family, passion, hobby, etc.);

- a copy of the work book and other documents confirming the length of service of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee certified by the employer by the employer / certificate from the place of work;

- a letter of recommendation from an employer or trade union.

- copies of state or departmental awards, diplomas, letters of thanks;

- copies of certificates of advanced training, if available.

The winners are awarded in the city of Nur-Sultan at the “Republican Forum “Towards a Society of Universal Labor” (last round).

4. Employment under the project "Contract of generations"

For graduates of educational institutions who completed their studies within 2 years and have not reached the age of 29. Salary 95 400 tenge, participation period up to 6 months. After the expiration of the period of participation in the project, the employer is obliged to accept the unemployed as a mentor or other vacancy in accordance with Article 38 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Employment in social jobs.

For registered unemployed, it is carried out by subsidizing 35% of wages from the budget, the maximum subsidy is 63,600 tenge, the participation period is up to 12 months.

6. Employment in public works.

For registered unemployed, the salary is 63,600 tenge, the period of participation is up to 12 months.

7. project "Silver Age".

For people of pre-retirement age. The project provides for the employment of the unemployed, who have two years left before retirement, by subsidizing 50% of wages, the amount of the subsidy will be at least 63,600 tenge. The term of participation in the project is up to 12 months, after which the employer is obliged to accept the project participant for a permanent job until retirement.

8. For those wishing to start their own business, there is an opportunity to receive a gratuitous grant for the implementation of new business ideas.

The amount of the state grant is 400 monthly calculation indices, 1,272,000 tenge.

Applicants can be: young people under 29 years old, family members receiving targeted assistance, members of large families, people with disabilities, people receiving benefits for caring for a disabled child.

The process of granting a grant in electronic form, through the Enbek-Business portal, through an EDS (electronic digital signature).

It should be noted that these categories of citizens should be from among the unemployed registered with the employment authorities, or individual entrepreneurs with a registration period of up to 1 year, or payers of the Single Cumulative Payment (CAP), or citizens working in personal subsidiary plots.

The decision to grant a state grant is made by a special commission for consideration of applications for grants. The commission is created at the Employment Centers, at the meeting of the commission the applicant makes a presentation of the start-up business project.

Individuals participating in employment promotion measures are not eligible for the grant.

Grants are not provided for consumer purposes, repayment of loans, acquisition and construction of real estate, acquisition of land, production of excisable products.

On March 4 of this year, Deputy akim of the region Shamenova B.M. visited the center created by the public association "Society of Disabled People of the Kyzylorda region".
During the meeting, Shamenova B.M. congratulated the women working at the center on the International Women's Day - March 8.
Together with the employees, they discussed the work of the center and further prospects for its development.
The chairman of the public association "Kyzylorda Regional Society of Disabled People" Siyuov S. voiced problematic issues.
