In 2000, he began working as an HR engineer at the computing center for statistics in the Kyzylorda region. 

In 2001-2006 - economist, chief specialist of the statistics department of the Kyzylorda region; 

In 2006-2008 - Leading Specialist of the Committee for Work with Debtors in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 In 2008-2011 - chief specialist of the regional department of economics and budget planning; 

In 2011-2012 - head of the department of the regional health department; 

In 2012-2016 - head of the department of the administration of the regional akim; 

In 2016-2020 - Deputy Head of the Regional Department for Mobilization Training; 

Since July 2020 - Deputy Head of the Regional Financial Department. Since October 2021 - Deputy Akim of Kyzylorda.

In 2000 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Economics and Law in Almaty with a degree in Economics.
