1) organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works, and services under budget programs and (or) goods, works, and services determined by the regional akimat;
2) to perform the procedures for organizing and conducting public procurement by means of a tender (auction), when determined by the customer, acts as the organizer of public procurement;
3) receiving from the customer after approval of the annual public procurement plan (preliminary annual public procurement plan) or making changes and (or) additions to the annual public procurement plan (preliminary annual public procurement plan) information on planned public procurement of goods, works, services;
