The action plan for compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Anti-Corruption in 2021 of the Department of Public Procurement of the Kyzylorda region was approved.
Currently, the planned activities are being implemented according to the approved plan.
In accordance with the approved action plan, on March 1 of this year, with the participation of the head of the Department of Prevention and Integrity of the Department of the Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the Kyzylorda region, Alimkulova Galiya Ubaidullovna and the director of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region, Aitimov Murat Zholdasbekovich, legal training was conducted for employees of the Public Procurement Department of the Kyzylorda region on the topic " Novelties of anti-corruption legislation», and also "Anti-corruption compliance of ISO 37001international standard".
During this event, explanatory work was carried out on the amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and on working with the international standard of anti-corruption compliance ISO 37001, as well as a number of questions were asked and opinions were exchanged.
In addition, with the participation of the head of the project office of "Akmeshit-Adaldyk Alany" Zhandos Tusmagambetov, the staff of the public Procurement department conducted explanatory work on improving the quality of services provided to consumers and creating a favorable environment for the population, as well as on strengthening the protection of citizens ' rights in criminal proceedings and combating corruption in some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department has repeatedly held an Internet conference on the social network "Facebook" on issues in the field of public procurement that are in demand by citizens, including potential suppliers.
In order to protect against actions that create conditions for corruption and to prevent it, work is being carried out to improve the legal qualifications and professional level of employees. Explanatory events of this nature are always held during a meeting with the management of the office.
In addition, all issues within the competence of the department are open and public electronic in nature through the web portal of public procurement.
And in the future, these works in this direction will continue accordingly.
