For 9 months of 2020, the Department of public procurement of the Kyzylorda region carried out the following work to combat corruption.
In order to implement the anti-corruption strategy of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 and action Plan for combating shadow economy for 2018-2020 by the head of management approved the action plan for 2020, which is systematically performed.
As part of the ANTIKORLIVE project, a live broadcast was held on may 5 this year on the topic: "Corruption risks in public procurement", which highlights current issues of corruption risks.arising during public procurement procedures.
In addition, under the chairmanship of akim galleryutilities the regular meeting of the Commission on combating corruption, which at the end of 8 months, the head of the office of public procurement in Kyzylorda region Ganymedean made informacia on the implementation of the pilot project "Centralization of public procurement" and public procurement in a "special regime".
On 11 September this year, the main specialist of the Department of the Agency for anti-corruption of Kyzylorda region Academykosmetologia for the office of state procurement of Kyzylorda region was held a legal training on "On combating corruption", which was conducted explanatory work on the amendments and additions in the Law RK "On combating corruption" and to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy of the state. An exchange of views was held with employees of the Department on involving the entire society in the fight against corruption by creating an atmosphere of "zero tolerance" to any manifestations of corruption.
On September 30 of this year, the regional Department of public procurement held a regular legal training on the topic "Fundamentals of anti-corruption culture". The training was conducted by the chief specialist of the public procurement Department No. 2 Kali Ainuraskarbekovna. In the course of the training lecture, explanations of the requirements Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on combating corruption" were given, detailed answers to questions were given.This practice of free exchange of opinions will facilitate the regular search of the Department's employees for measures and methods to counteract corruption.
As part of the ANTIKOR project.LIVE on October 5, 2020, first Deputy head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for anti-corruption (anti-corruption service) for the Kyzylorda region Niyazov Bakytzhanmaksutovich held a live broadcast on the topic "Interactive maps of open budgets and innovations in public procurement", which was attended by responsible employees of the functional departments of the Department.
