The municipal state institution "Office of the Akim of Kosshinyrau rural district of Kyzylorda" of the akimat of Kyzylorda is carried out in accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for its intended purpose.
Main functions: to regulate land relations within its competence, to issue a decision to change the purpose of the land plot, to obtain rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding ( contests, auctions), to put on the waiting list for obtaining a land plot, to sell a land plot to a private person at once or in installments, to provide a land plot from rural lands.
