Conducting state architectural and construction control and supervision of facilities under construction on the territory of the Kyzylorda region;
Carries out state architectural and construction control over the quality of construction of facilities at construction projects under construction, compliance with current state and interstate standards;
Control and supervision over the performance of design and survey, expert, construction and installation work by individuals and legal entities;
Control and supervision over the activities of customers of technical supervision, field supervision of project developers and supervision of contractors to ensure the quality of construction and installation work at sites;
Conducting a check to establish the reliability of the data specified in the notice of the start of construction and installation work;
Taking appropriate measures against violators of regulatory legal acts and state regulatory requirements in the field of architectural and construction activities in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
In case of detection of admission of violations of state standards and (or) deviations from approved projects (design solutions), the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate issues an order to eliminate the violations by the customer (developer) and (or) the contracting construction and installation organization (enterprise) within the established time frame ;
