About the work carried out by the public procurement department of the city of Kyzylorda

On the basis of the Resolution of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda No. 9862ot on December 20, 2017, the municipal state institution "Department of State Assets and Procurement of the city of Kyzylorda" (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") was established, which passed state registration with the justice authorities on January 12, 2018
By the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda No. 10439 dated February 14, 2018, the municipal state institution "Department of Public Procurement of the city of Kyzylorda" was defined as a single organizer of public procurement for customers.
To date, for the conduct of public procurement as a single organizer of public procurement, applications received from the administrators of the city's budget programs are published on the web portal in a timely manner.
According to the results of 2020, 820 applications for the amount of 12 billion 906 million 990 thousand tenge were received from 98 administrators of the city's procurement programs for the organization of purchases, the winners of the competition were determined. In particular, within the framework of the Employment Roadmap, 374 tenders were held for 55 projects in the amount of 8 billion 555 million 503 thousand tenge, contractors have been identified.
At the end of the third quarter of 2021, the section received 731 applications from administrators of 31 programs of the city for 10 billion 216 million 729 thousand tenge for public procurement as a single organizer, and the winners were determined. All competitions for program administrators are held on time and funds are spent on time.
