Report on the provision of public services for 2021

In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 39/NK dated January 31, 2020, the local executive bodies of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda provide 59 types of public services.

In 2021, 140,468 public services were provided in the city. Of these:

- 83,702 public services provided through the web portal "E-government Portal" (60%);

- 28,162 public services provided through the state corporation "Government for Citizens" (20%);

- 28,604 public services were provided in paper form through government agencies (20%).

The most demanded public services during the reporting period were services in the field of social protection of the population and architecture and urban planning, namely:

- 29,624 (21%) state services were provided for the service "Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

- 16,445 (12%) state services were provided for the service "Appointment of state targeted social assistance";

- 13,749 (10%) public services were provided for the service "Registration of job seekers";

Employees of the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda, responsible for carrying out internal control work in accordance with the approved plan, carried out 16 internal control measures during the reporting period.

According to the results of internal control, 35 were identified, adopted
5 disciplinary measures.

The Akimat of the city is constantly taking measures to popularize the receipt of services in electronic format through the services of the "electronic government" portal (conducting awareness-raising events, public services fairs, publications in the media, distributing brochures, broadcasting videos in crowded places, etc.). During the reporting period, 19 articles, 100 posts and 10 videos were published.

To increase the interest of the city's population in the electronic form of receiving public services, 10 billboards were placed in the city and towns/rural districts of the city.
