Information on the progress of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities for the of 2021

The Office of the Akim of the city of Kyzylorda received 9127 appeals from individuals and legal entities in the of 2021.
924 appeals that are under special control through higher authorities:
- Through the electronic portal of the government (PEP) - 327, the office of the akim of the region - 529, the regional, city prosecutor's office - 47, the Kyzylorda regional, city branches of the Public Association of the People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan" - 21.
In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.350-vi dated June 29, 2020, since July 1 of this year, 4071 appeals to the Office of the mayor of the city and independent departments of the city, akims of settlements and rural districts -3623, 448 have been registered and executed in the E-application information system.
All received appeals are considered by the mayor of the city and the heads of industries leading in the relevant industry, and control is also being conducted over the consideration and execution of appeals.Within the period specified in the current legislation, the response is prepared and sent to the applicant in a timely manner.
On these issues, issues related to housing, social security, utilities, the request and legalization of land are constantly updated.
In addition, in accordance with the approved schedule, the personal reception of representatives of individuals and legal entities is regularly held in the office of the mayor of the city.
During the reporting period, 208 citizens signed up for a personal reception of the mayor of the city, 194 for deputy akims of the city. During the personal reception of citizens, the main department raised issues on the allocation of housing, utilities, allocation of land plots, provision of social assistance, explanations were given on the current legislation. Temporary responses were sent in writing.
The majority of applicants are workers, poor citizens, citizens with disabilities, pensioners, participants of the Great Patriotic War or persons equated to them.
Heads of city departments and akims of settlements and rural districts of the city hold meetings among their employees on the issues of the order of execution and consideration of personal answers to questions about the execution of document flow, inform weekly about the place of letters and conduct an analysis.
