About the objects implemented within the framework of the Nurly zher program in Kyzylorda

To date, construction of 65 multi-storey residential buildings for 3052 apartments has started in 2018 on the Left Bank of the city of Kyzylorda. Of these, 49 multi-storey residential buildings with 2,322 apartments were put into operation.
In 2020, within the framework of the Nurly zher program, the construction of 13 multi-storey residential buildings for 590 apartments and 3 rental houses for 120 apartments for waiting families was completed and put into operation for the benefit of the population.
In 2020, 15 multi-storey residential buildings with a total of 728 apartments were started, of which 2 residential buildings were accepted by the acceptance certificate.
In particular, 14 rental residential buildings for 690 apartments and 1 House for 38 apartments, which are being built at the expense of private investors, are planned to be put into operation in 2021.
Currently, a detailed plan of the residential quarter No. 5 on the Left Bank of the Syrdarya River is being developed. 15 residential buildings are planned in this quarter.
In addition, within the framework of the Nurly zher program, the construction of 13 residential buildings for 640 apartments in the SPMK-70 microdistrict has been started this year and it is planned to put into operation in 2021.
