In particular, the construction of roads on 27 streets has been underway since the beginning of the year, and work is planned on the construction of 3 bridges. Currently, the construction of 27 streets and 3 bridges has been completed. In addition, the contractor for the maintenance of the streets of the city is Alem Trans Zhol LLP. Work has been carried out on the full-fledged asphalting of 35 streets and the restoration of the destroyed asphalt layers of the streets of the city.

6.5 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional and city budgets for the reconstruction of the amusement park in Kyzylorda, and work has been carried out through Alem Qurylys AQ LLP, which has now amounted to 6.3 billion tenge. The facility is fully completed.
1.1 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional and city budgets for the improvement of the Korkyt Ata Park in the city of Kyzylorda. Work has been carried out through Astana-Service LLP; to date, the funds have been fully disbursed, and the facility has been handed over for reception.
720.7 million tenge was allocated from the regional and city budgets in 2024 for the improvement of multi-storey buildings in the city of Kyzylorda; 315.3 million tenge was considered in 2025. The work was carried out and fully completed through Azamat Kurylys LLP. The saved funds amount to 96.1 million tenge.
1.3 billion tenge has been allocated from the city budget for the overhaul of courtyards of multi-storey residential buildings in the city of Kyzylorda. Work has been carried out through the RSE “Enbek”, and 1.2 billion tenge has been disbursed to date. The necessary funds amounted to 73.2 million tenge (18 playgrounds).
702.4 million tenge was allocated from the city budget for the maintenance and servicing of communal facilities in the city of Kyzylorda. 657.8 million tenge was disbursed, and annual work with the contractor Real Stroy Snab LLP was fully completed.
3) Within the framework of the “Budget with the participation of the population” project, 344.3 million tenge was considered and 15 projects were implemented. 2.5 million tenge was saved.
4) In order to decorate the city of Kyzylorda, 101.8 million tenge was considered for the installation of LED lamps and LED screens. Work with Real Stroy Snab LLP was fully completed.
5) 119.7 million tenge was allocated for the installation of containers for solid household waste in the amount of 75 units in the city of Kyzylorda. The work of Zelenstroy LLP was fully completed.
6) Funds in the amount of 100.0 million tenge were considered for work on fencing lawns and graves under the bridge at the airport in Kyzylorda. The work has been fully completed.
7) For lining work with linear panels:
In 2025, 1.3 billion tenge was allocated for paneling 20 residential buildings
(Contractor: RSE “Enbek”, technical supervision: Kyzylorda Technical Supervision LLP, designer: KZO Project LLP).
To date, the facades of 17 residential buildings have been lined, and construction and installation work has been completed. Due to the return of funds to the budget for the remaining 3 residential buildings, construction work will be completed this year.

8) For hot water management: 10.2 billion tenge for 176 houses of the current year. Contractors have been identified (Customer: Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways; contractors: Asanas-Dar LLP, Bak-Bereke 2030 LLP). Contracts have been concluded with contractors.
The amount of contracts is 9,776.0 million tenge (9,775,989 thousand tenge). To date, only 2,781.3 million tenge (2,781,271.3 thousand tenge) of advance payment has been allocated to contractors. In addition, 95% of the funds in the amount of 9,287.2 million tenge have been disbursed.
In connection with the equipment considered in the project, Danfoss signed agreements with Asanas-Dar LLP on October 28 and with Bak-Bereke 2030 LLP on November 10, and an advance payment was made. According to the contracts, a set of 243 ITP units and pumping units was ordered and accepted upon readiness.

On August 7, 2024, Kyzylorda Bus Park LLP was transferred to the trust management of KZO Qala Trans LLP for a period of 1 year without the right of subsequent purchase of state property. In 2025, on September 23, the contract was terminated.

12) 1.3 billion tenge has been allocated for the overhaul of roofs and facades of residential buildings; 650.0 million tenge has been disbursed.
Kyzylorda city: Tauelsizdik Avenue No. 1, Tokmaganbetov Street No. 27, Kunaev Street No. 26, Aiteke bi Street No. 20, Tole bi Street No. 47a, Abuova Street No. 8, Bukharbai Batyr Street No. 58, Bukharbai Batyr Street No. 54, Auelbekov Street No. 36, No. 39, No. 41 — 708.5 million tenge was allocated for facade overhaul. Work with RSE “Enbek” has been fully completed. Saved funds amounted to 148.9 million tenge.
For major repairs of facades on Abai Avenue No. 33, 32, 30, 34a, 28, Nazarbayev Avenue No. 1–4, 296.0 million tenge was allocated. Work has been fully completed. Saved funds amounted to 70.0 million tenge.
Current roof repairs of residential buildings in multiple locations were completed. A total of 252.5 million tenge was allocated from the city budget.
In addition, to begin work on restoring roofs at microdistricts No. 19, 20, 21, 30 in the Syrdarya district of Kyzylorda, 87.4 million tenge is required. 1.0 thousand tenge was allocated to start the work. To date, construction work has been fully completed.
13) For the project “Landscaping and Beautification of the Territory of the City of Kyzylorda” for a period of 5 years, the required amount is 18.6 billion tenge.
Within the framework of a public-private partnership, a contract was concluded with KazStroyCapital LLP. The project aims at systematic greening, increasing green spaces, and improving infrastructure.
The company employs 250 people and operates 50 units of modern equipment. To date, 46,100 willow saplings, 800,000 annual flowers, and 13,500 perennial flowers have been planted. Lawn coverage exceeds 10,000 square meters.
An automatic irrigation system based on Hunter technology has been introduced. More than 45 km of pipelines, 5,000 sprinklers, and 25 wells and pumping stations have been installed.
Additionally, 87,397.0 thousand tenge was allocated for solid waste disposal. 58,104.0 thousand tenge has been disbursed. Environmental permit No. KZ52VCZ14038556 was obtained. 45% of waste is reused. 35 people work at the landfill.
14) Progress of preparation for the 2025–2026 heating season.
Total heating networks — 217 km.
1,645 facilities are connected.
In 2025, 6 projects (8.7 km) are being implemented. As a result, wear has decreased from 42.3% to 40%.
15) 37,598.0 thousand tenge was allocated for current repairs of water supply networks. All works were completed by Zelenstroy LLP and Aliproekt Consulting LLC.
