Report on the Work Carried Out in 2025 by the Municipal State Institution ‘City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning’

The department carries out its activities in the field of architecture and urban planning in the territory of Kyzylorda city in accordance with the regulations approved by the Resolution of the Kyzylorda City Administration No. 3554 dated October 10, 2023 and within the framework of the Master Plan of Kyzylorda city approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1087 dated July 17, 2009.

The municipal state institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Kyzylorda" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) received 3541 applications and complaints in the third quarter of 2025 , including 377 from individuals and 19 from legal entities, 1900 incoming letters, and 1245 outgoing letters.

Services provided by the department for the third quarter of 2025:

The following public services are provided on the basis of the standards adopted in accordance with the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 257 dated March 27, 2015 :

1. "Issuance of a certificate on determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan"-577;

2. Provision of source materials when developing construction and reconstruction (re-planning, re-equipment) projects -436 ;                  

3. Approval of the sketch (draft project) – 4581

4."Acquisition of rights to a land plot within the limits of a city of republican significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance" - 55;

5.Permission to carry out a complex of works for the subsequent disposal of objects (demolition of buildings) - 184.
