In the city of Kyzylorda, at the address of the residential area “Titov,” a land plot with a total area of 366 hectares has been designated as an industrial zone.
Currently, 4 projects are operating steadily in the industrial zone.
1. LLP “ENN LTD” (RC “Aqsileu”) – project “Small plant for the production of fired bricks” (250 million tenge, 5 ha);
2. Project of LLP “Orda Glass LTD” “Construction of a plant for the production and processing of flat glass with a capacity of 197,100 tons per year in Kyzylorda city” (42 billion tenge, 50 ha).
In addition, in June 2024, a plant for the production of energy-saving glass was commissioned at the glass plant of LLP “Orda Glass LTD.”
3. LLP “Qyzylorda Saz M” – construction of “Modern brick plant” (project cost 5 billion tenge, 7 ha);
4. LLP “Ayna Glass” – construction of “High-tech mirror production plant” (project cost 1.5 billion tenge, 5.11 ha).
Also, in the period 2026–2027, the implementation of 2 large investment projects is planned:
1. LLP “Seven Rivers Technologies” – construction of a plant for the production of glass containers with a line for processing and recycling glass waste (project cost 60 billion tenge, 2026–2027, land plot 38 ha);
2. LLP “Komfort 1-KZ” – project for the expansion of tempered glass production (project cost 5.5 billion tenge, 2026, 4 ha).
In addition, work is being carried out to support and place new projects on the territory of the industrial zone.
1. “Roka Group” – production of sanitary engineering products (2026–2028, 40.7 billion tenge, land plot 24 ha, additionally 24 ha in reserve);
2. “Orient Ceramic” – production of ceramic tiles (2026–2028, 27 billion tenge, land plot 15 ha);
3. “KCT Energy” – plant for the production of silicate-calcium boards (2026–2027, 3.3 billion tenge, land plot 7 ha).
