On the work carried out in the construction sector in 2025

Funds allocated from the budget for construction for KGKP “Construction Department of the city of Kyzylorda” amounted to 53,382.8 million tenge. This includes funds from the National Fund of the RK — 2,279.2 million tenge, from RB — 4,287.9 million tenge, from RB under the “Auyl-el besigi” program — 350.0 million tenge and from the National Fund of the RK — 1,932.1 million tenge, from OB — 39,898.4 million tenge, from the city budget — 4,635.2 million tenge. The following projects will be implemented with these funds:

1. Under the “Housing” construction program, 3,479.8 million tenge, the construction of 10 residential buildings with 40 apartments in microdistrict №2 on the left bank of the Syrdarya River in Kyzylorda city has been completed — 2,886.5 million tenge allocated, fully utilized. The project cost is 8 billion 649.1 million tenge, total area 28,905 m². Construction of an 84-apartment multi-storey building in the Left Bank microdistrict №8 of Kyzylorda city has been started — 500.0 million tenge allocated, and 93.379 million tenge allocated for 14 residential buildings — fully utilized.

2. Under the program for the development of engineering infrastructure, 10,333.859 million tenge was allocated, including:
2.1. From RB — 460.0 million tenge for the project “Construction of communal engineering networks for 10 five-storey residential buildings in microdistrict №2 on the left bank of the Syrdarya River” — fully utilized. Funds from the regional budget in the amount of 84.7 million tenge will be allocated in 2026. The project will be accepted in 2026.
2.2. From the National Fund — 732.1 million tenge for the project “Construction of engineering networks on 150 ha along the Zhezkazgan gravel road. Construction of a crushed stone road” — fully utilized. Contractor — LLP “Qyran”. The project will be completed in 2026.
2.3. From the regional budget — 1,185.1 million tenge — fully utilized. In particular, 537.977 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for the construction of the engineering infrastructure of residential quarter №5 on the left bank of the Syrdarya River according to the master plan and telephone network project. 214.4 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for landscaping multi-storey residential buildings at addresses Left Bank microdistrict, buildings 180 A, 180 B, 180 V, 180 G, 180 D, project accepted. 185.4 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for the master plan of multi-storey residential buildings on the left bank, project accepted. 247.3 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for completing the construction of engineering and communication networks for gas and water supply of residential buildings in the “Baiterek” microdistrict, project accepted.
2.4. From internal credits — 7,523.4 million tenge allocated, 1,055.6 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized this year for engineering infrastructure of 10 residential buildings with 40 apartments. 6,467.8 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for the construction of engineering networks, sewerage, and related engineering networks for multi-storey residential buildings in the Presidential Park district, 1st phase of main networks.
2.5. From the city budget — 433.3 million tenge allocated: 93.0 million tenge for the development of project-estimate documentation for city infrastructure, 164.2 million tenge for landscaping multi-storey residential buildings at addresses Left Bank microdistrict, buildings 180 A, 180 B, 180 V, 180 G, 180 D. 176.1 million tenge was allocated and fully utilized for the master plan of multi-storey residential buildings on the left bank.

3. Under the “Auyl-el besigi” project, 2,321.8 million tenge was allocated:
3.1. From RB — 350.0 million tenge for the project “Construction of electric networks on 67 streets in Kyzylzharm village, Kyzylzharm aul district of Kyzylorda city” — LLP “Sät Service” won in the state procurement competitions.
3.2. From the National Fund — 1,932.1 million tenge — fully utilized:

For the continuation of the construction of electric networks in the new residential area of Aksuat aul district — 612.9 million tenge — fully utilized. In 2024, 80.0 million tenge was allocated to start the project. Project cost — 1,004.9 million tenge. Within the project, 0.4 kV overhead lines — 41.3 km, 10 kV overhead lines — 11.3 km will be built for 560 residential buildings. Required funds: RB — 211.6 million tenge, OB — 100.5 million tenge.

For the continuation of the construction of electric networks in the new residential area of Dosan village, Koshshyngyrau aul district — 307.1 million tenge — fully utilized. In 2024, 50.0 million tenge was allocated to start the project. Project cost — 391.8 million tenge. To complete the project, 15.7 million tenge was allocated from the city budget, project accepted. Within the project, 0.4 kV overhead lines — 17.9 km, 10 kV overhead lines — 9.7 km were built for 604 residential buildings.

For the completion of electric networks construction in Kyzylzharm village — 363.9 million tenge. In 2023, 100.0 million tenge was allocated from OB, in 2024 — 48.0 million tenge from RB, 131.5 million tenge from the National Fund — utilized. Project cost — 643.2 million tenge. Within the project, 0.4 kV overhead lines — 24.1 km, 10 kV overhead lines — 2.2 km, handed over by acceptance act.

For the continuation of the reconstruction of electric distribution networks in Karaözek, Karaözek beketi, Aynaköl villages of Kyzylözek aul district — 688.1 million tenge — fully utilized. In 2024, 85.2 million tenge allocated. Within the project, 0.4 kV overhead lines — 44.7 km, 10 kV overhead lines — 10.2 km built for 672 residential buildings. Project cost — 1,166.6 million tenge. To complete the project required: RB — 276.6 million tenge, OB — 116.7 million tenge.

4. Under the “Development of Gas Transmission System” program, 2,176.7 million tenge allocated — fully utilized:
4.1. From the National Fund — 725.4 million tenge for the construction of intra-settlement gas pipeline and SHGRP in Sabalaq village, 1st commissioning complex — fully utilized. Project cost — 1,036.3 million tenge. Funding for project completion fully allocated in September from OB — 205.0 million tenge.
4.2. From OB — 889.4 million tenge for gas pipeline to Sabalaq sayajay — fully utilized, project completed.
4.3. From city budget — 331.8 million tenge for the construction of intra-settlement gas pipelines in Kyzylorda — project accepted.

5. Under the “Development of Water Supply and Sewerage Systems” program, 5,132.7 million tenge allocated, 5,081.4 million tenge utilized:
5.1. From the National Fund — 821.8 million tenge: continuation of the project “Reconstruction and automation of biological wastewater treatment station of Kyzylorda city with capacity of 70,000 m³/day” — 720.407 million tenge fully utilized. Continuation of the 2023 project “Reconstruction and modernization of Kyzylorda city sewer pumping stations, No. 13 KSS ‘Gagarin’ on 3 units at Rabochaya street” — 101.4 million tenge, 50.6 million tenge utilized, 50.8 million tenge not utilized.
5.2. From the regional budget — 3,044.7 million tenge, planned utilization 3,032.7 million tenge. Including: reconstruction of water supply network along Kamalov street from N. Shamenuly street to Kökenov street — 216,921.3 million tenge, fully utilized; reconstruction of water supply network along Ge Bon U and Remontnikov streets from Kazakhstan street to Sh. Aimanov street — 294.1 million tenge — fully utilized; reconstruction of self-flow sewer networks along Bayseitova street, “Seikhun” institute, “Eurasia” sports complex, Esenov street, Central stadium named after Muratbaev to No.5 KNS — 202.8 million tenge — fully utilized; reconstruction of water supply network along Ydyrysov street from Zhurba street to Ydyrysov dead-end — 104.2 million tenge — fully utilized; drilling 3 wells with total capacity of 1,440 m³ in Kyzylzharm aul district — 282.9 million tenge — fully utilized; construction of water supply and pressurized sewer networks in Belköl village — 70.5 million tenge — fully utilized; construction of water reservoir in Sabalaq village — 415.1 million tenge from OB and 200.4 million tenge from city — project accepted; reconstruction of self-flow sewer networks along G.Müsirepov, Skatkov, G.Muratbaev streets to KNS-14 — 245.9 million tenge — 233.9 million tenge utilized, 12.0 million tenge not accepted by act. Reconstruction of water supply network in central part of city — 498.2 million tenge — fully utilized; reconstruction of water supply along Toraygyrov street to well at Mahabetov — 263.3 million tenge — fully utilized; reconstruction of biological wastewater treatment station with capacity of 70,000 m³/day — 338.5 million tenge — fully utilized.
5.3. From city budget — 1,266.2 million tenge, planned utilization 762.2 million tenge. Including: reconstruction of biological wastewater treatment station — 885.0 million tenge; construction of water reservoir in Sabalaq — 200.4 million tenge; construction of water supply network along Önäge (Svoboda) and Jas Alash streets — 130.3 million tenge — project completed.

6. For the purchase of apartments for large and vulnerable families, 27,216.4 million tenge allocated — fully utilized. From RB — 3,827.945 million tenge, from internal credits of regional budget — 15,296.8 million tenge, from OB — 8,091.5 million tenge. To date: 324 apartments for vulnerable families, 741 three-room apartments on mortgage, 425 apartments for vulnerable families on credits. Total purchased — 1,490 apartments.

7. Under the “Development of Thermal Energy Systems” program, 735.5 million tenge allocated to complete the project “Heat supply of the left bank of the Syrdarya River in Kyzylorda city (1st phase). Unfinished phase” — fully utilized, acceptance act signed. For the project “Construction of a 40 MW boiler house on the left bank” — 1,687.930 million tenge — fully utilized.

8. Under the program “Development of industrial infrastructure within the framework of state support measures for business entities,” 174.8 million tenge allocated for the project “Construction of a communal market with warehouses for storing agricultural products and small industrial parks at address Left Bank microdistrict, 188B, Kyzylorda city. External networks” — fully utilized, acceptance act signed.
