Report on the Provision of Public Services for the 3rd Quarter of 2025

In accordance with the list of public services approved by Order No. 39/НҚ of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020, local executive bodies of Kyzylorda city provide 53 types of public services.

During the first 9 months of 2025, a total of 39,512 public services were provided in the city, including:

• 22,851 services via the “e-Government” web portal;
• 15,524 services via the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”;
• 1,137 services directly through the offices of relevant departments.

In the reporting period, the most in-demand public services were in the fields of social protection of the population, as well as architecture and urban planning, in particular:

• “Issuance and extension of permits for labor migrants” – 13,191 public services were provided;
• “Processing of documents to provide persons with disabilities with technical auxiliary (compensatory) equipment” – 3,178 public services were provided;
• “Provision/cancellation of the address of a real estate object” – 1,891 public services were provided.
