Report on the provision of public services for the second quarter of 2024

In accordance with the register of public services, approved by order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/НК, local executive bodies of the akimat of the city of Kyzylorda provided 51 types of public services.
During the first half of 2024, 47 thousand 466 public services were provided in the city. Including:
- 33 thousand services through the “Electronic Government” web portal;
- 13 thousand 533 services through the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”;
- 933 services were provided directly through the offices of independent departments.
The most popular government services during the reporting period were services in the field of social protection of the population, as well as architectural and urban planning activities, in particular:
- State service “Issue of a certificate to determine the address of real estate on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan” 16 thousand 259.
- For the service “Issue and extension of permits for labor immigrants”
8 thousand 649 public services were provided.
- For the service “Registration of documents to provide persons with disabilities with technical auxiliary (compensatory) means,” 5 thousand 482 public services were provided;

The city akimat is constantly taking measures to increase the receipt of services in electronic format through the services of the “Electronic Government” portal (carrying out awareness-raising events, public service fairs, media coverage, distributing brochures, showing videos in crowded places, etc.) . During the reporting period, 16 articles, 83 materials and 8 videos were published.
In addition, the “E.gov web portal” is aimed at promoting electronic government services within the city (on S. Beybarysa Street) and in suburban towns and rural districts, 10 billboards have been placed.
