Information on the progress of consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities for the first quarter of 2024

In 2024, the office of the akim of the city of Kyzylorda received 1,427 appeals from individuals and legal entities in the first quarter. Of these: application – 1311, complaint – 25, proposal - 42, other (notification, request, response) - 52.
In accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appeals to the Office of the Mayor of the city and independent departments of the city and akims of settlements and rural districts are registered and executed in the E-Petition information system.
All received applications are reviewed by the mayor of the city and the heads of the leading branches of the relevant industry, as well as monitoring the consideration and execution of applications.Within the period specified in the current legislation, the response is prepared and sent to the applicant in a timely manner.
According to these issues, the issues of housing, social security, public utilities, the request for land plots and the legalization of additional lands are constantly being updated.
In addition, personal reception of representatives of individuals and legal entities is carried out on an ongoing basis in accordance with the schedule approved by the office of the mayor of the city.
During the reporting period, 27 citizens were admitted to a personal reception with the mayor of the city, 172 people were admitted to the deputy akims of the city. During the personal reception of citizens, issues of housing, communal services, allocation of land plots, provision of social assistance were raised, explanations were given in accordance with current legislation.
Most of the applicants are workers, low-income citizens, citizens with disabilities, pensioners, participants of the Great Patriotic War or persons equated to them.
The heads of city departments and akims of towns and rural districts hold meetings among their employees on the issues of the order of execution and consideration of individual answers to questions about the execution of document management, inform them weekly about the place and analyze letters.
