Report on the provision of public services for the first quarter of 2024

In accordance with the register of public services approved by Order No. 39/NK of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020, local executive bodies of the Akimat of Kyzylorda provided 51 types of public services.

In the first quarter of 2024, 24 thousand 843 public services were provided in the city. Including:

- 19 thousand 71 services through the e-Government web portal;

- 5 thousand 175 services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens";

- 597 services were provided directly through the offices of independent departments.

The most demanded public services during the reporting period are services in the field of social protection of the population, as well as architectural and urban planning activities, in particular:

- State service "Issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" 8 thousand 863.

- 3 thousand 732 state services were provided for the service "Registration of documents for providing persons with disabilities with technical and auxiliary (compensatory) means";

- 2 thousand 51 public services were provided for the service "Issuance and extension of permits to labor immigrants".

The Akimat of the city is constantly taking measures to improve the provision of services in electronic format through the services of the E-Government portal (conducting awareness-raising events, fairs of public services, media coverage, distribution of brochures, showing videos in crowded places, etc.). During the reporting period, 6 articles, 30 materials and 8 videos.

In addition, it is aimed at promoting electronic public services in the city (on S. Beybarys Street) and in suburban towns and rural districts.gov web portal" has 10 billboards.
