The results of the socio-economic development of the city of Kyzylorda for September2023

According to the data of the Regional Department of Statistics of the Bureau of National Statistics, the socio-economic development of the city of Kyzylorda is characterized by the following indicators.

The volume of industrial production in January-August 2023 amounted to 420,743 million tenge, which was 90.5% compared to the corresponding period last year.

The manufacturing industry produced products worth 61,232 million tenge, which amounted to 99.1% compared to the corresponding period last year. The share in the total volume of industry is 14.5%.

The volume of gross agricultural output in January-August 2023 amounted to 4,337.8 million tenge or 104.1% compared to the corresponding period last year.

In January-August 2023, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 134,461 million tenge, which is 118.7% more than in the same period last year. The share of the city in the total volume of the region is 52.0%.

The volume of construction works in January-August 2023 amounted to 38,402 million tenge, which is 136.2% more than in the same period last year. The share of the city of Kyzylorda accounts for 51.3% of the completed construction works of the region.

The total area of commissioned residential buildings was 348,029 square meters, which is 121.4% more than last year.

As of September 1, 2023, the income of the local budget (including transfers and loans), with a forecast of 45,333.8 million tenge, was actually fulfilled by 51,503.3 million tenge or by 113.6%. Including own income with a forecast of 12,299.2 million tenge, made 17 981.3 million tenge or 146.2%.

City budget expenditures with a forecast of 45 333.8 million tenge, amounted to 45 103.1 million tenge or 99.5%.

The number of small and medium–sized businesses in the city amounted to 36,697 units, including 33,814 operating units, increased by 19.2% compared to the same period last year.

Within the framework of the "Unified Industrialization of Industrial and Innovative Projects" map, 13 projects (834 new places) are being implemented in the city of Kyzylorda, amounting to KZT 68.4 billion tenge, of which 4 projects have been put into operation.

1. The project of "Orda Glass LTD" LLP "Plant for the production and processing of flat glass" with a capacity of 197,100 tons per year in Kyzylorda". Currently, the project is working stably.

2. The project of TriMo LLP "Production of technical conversion of molybdenum dioxide powder" with a capacity of 500 tons per year into molybdenum trioxide powder".

3. The project of Kyzylorda Refiner LLP "Production of motor oils of ecological class K4, K5".

4. The project of Poom Trade KZ LLP "Construction of a mini-reinforcement plant"KOMAZ" in Kyzylorda".

5. The project of "Syr-Marzhany" LLP "Production and storage of meat and meat products".

6. The project of Vega Prom LLP "Expansion of the workshop for the production of dry building mixes". Currently, the project is working stably.

7. The project of "Orda TEXC" LLP "Workshop for processing camel wool and production of a matte blanket".

8. The project of LLP "Kyzylorda plant of composite materials" "Plant for the production of fiberglass and composite materials".

Since the beginning of the year, 853 projects in the amount of 15,362.5 million tenge have received financial support in the city, 1,253 new jobs have been created.

Including:

- Within the framework of the "National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025", 275 projects worth 8,222.5 million tenge were supported in the direction of subsidies.

- Within the framework of the "National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021-2025", 190 projects worth 262.1 million tenge were supported in the direction of grants (400 MCI).

- LLP "Microfinance organization of the regional investment center "Kyzylorda" financed 71 projects worth 621.5 million tenge at its own expense.

- 29 projects worth KZT 128.8 million were supported for the issuance of a "loan for youth" (2.5%) through JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation".

- JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation" supported 45 projects worth KZT 790.5 million tenge.

- 243 projects in the amount of 5,337.4 million tenge were financed under the "Partial guarantee on loans to small and medium-sized businesses".The volume of retail trade amounted to 251,211.2 million tenge or 102.8% compared to the corresponding period last year. The share in the total volume of the region is 87.5%.

According to preliminary data, as of August 1, 2023, the population amounted to 353.8 thousand people, the growth rate of 101.7%. By the end of 2022, the number of economically active population was 147.9 thousand people, the unemployment rate was 4.7%.

As of September 1, 2023, the number of unemployed registered with the employment authorities amounted to 6,772 people, the registered unemployment rate was 4.6%.

Since the beginning of the year, the number of citizens covered by new jobs amounted to 8,578 people, of whom 4,370 people were employed.

Within the framework of the national project for the development of entrepreneurship for 2021-2025, 2,972 people have been sent to public works since the beginning of the year, 189 people have been sent to social jobs, 872 young specialists have been sent to youth practice.

The average monthly nominal salary of one employee for the second quarter of 2023 in the city amounted to 328,171 tenge or 114.1% compared to the corresponding last year.
